Export the full schedule as a PDF, ready to print or send, or as CSV to work on it in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. SCENARIOS Move the rate and term sliders and compare eight different terms, from 5 to 40 years. The chart shows how the payment falls as you stretch the mortgage and, at the same time, how much the total interest grows: the fundamental trade-off of any loan, at a glance. Calculations use the French amortization method with a constant instalment, the one used by almost every mortgage. Everything is computed on your device, offline included. No account, no sign-up.
