Mookh Scanner turns a phone into a gate. Pair it once from your Mookh dashboard and it checks attendees in at the door — fast, offline, and without ever letting the same ticket through twice. Every decision happens on the device. The event's ticket list is downloaded to the phone before the gates open, so a scan is answered in a fraction of a second whether or not there is signal at the entrance. No spinner, no "checking…", no queue backing up behind a slow network. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Admissions taken while offline are stored on the phone and uploaded automatically the moment the network comes back. The gate header always shows how many are still waiting to be sent, so nobody has to guess whether the control room has seen the night's work. ONE TICKET, ONE ENTRY A ticket is spent on the device the instant it is admitted, so a barcode passed back over a fence is refused on the second read — even with no connection. Multi-entry and season tickets are handled the same way: the phone knows how many entries a ticket carries and how many are left. CLEAR ANSWERS FOR THE PERSON ON THE DOOR Admitted is a full green screen. Already admitted is a full red one, with the holder's name, the ticket type and the time it was first used, so a steward can tell a genuine double-scan from a ticket that has been passed on. Nothing important is a small grey label. SCAN BY CAMERA OR TYPE THE CODE Barcodes that will not read can be entered by hand — and a typed code is checked against the same list, in exactly the same way, with nothing bypassed. SET UP FROM THE CONTROL ROOM A steward cannot grant a phone access to an event. Either an operator adds the device by the code shown on its screen, or the phone scans the join QR from the dashboard. Access can be narrowed to particular ticket types, add-ons or session times, and it can be ended remotely at any moment. SUPERVISOR TOOLS, OUT OF SIGHT A hidden gesture and a PIN open the supervisor menu: reassign the gate, review the device's own log of everything it has done, run diagnostics, sync on demand, or take the phone out of service. Nothing a steward can stumble into during a shift. WHAT THE GATE TELLS YOU AT A GLANCE Gate name, tickets expected, admissions still queued, battery, and time since the last sync — on the same bar, all night.
