The difference is the paper. Mono Invoice ships three typographic invoice templates: Ledger with calm horizontal rules, Grid in a Swiss layout, Serif with wide margins. Tabular figures keep every amount aligned, so the PDF invoice you send holds up next to anything a design studio produces. Your invoice reads like a document, not a form. Billing the same client again takes one swipe. Clients and items are saved on the device as you work and come back as suggestions, so a repeat invoice is a duplicate plus a date change. Tax works the way your country expects: set the rate and name once, switch between tax-inclusive and exclusive pricing per invoice, and totals recalculate as you type. Need a different currency? USD, EUR, and two dozen others sit one picker away. Overdue tracking is built in. Sent invoices carry due dates and overdue badges, and the home screen sums what you issued this month and what is still unpaid. Add a logo and your business details once, and every invoice you export carries them. When a job starts with a quote, start with an estimate. Estimates carry their own EST numbers, and once a client accepts, one tap turns the estimate into an invoice draft. Nothing gets retyped. Money arriving in parts is no problem either: record partial payments and the remaining balance follows the invoice and the home screen. A paid invoice exports once more as a receipt PDF. Your data stays on your phone. There is no server behind this invoice maker, and a single backup file moves everything to a new device. The free version is complete, with unlimited invoices and all the billing basics, supported by one small banner ad. Mono Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it removes the ad and the footer credit, and opens all invoice templates and ink colors.
