Money Manager is an expense tracker and budget planner that runs entirely on your phone. No bank connection. No SMS permission. No account required. Most budget apps want to log into your bank before they will do anything. This one does not. Your transactions are stored in a database on your device and stay there unless you choose to back them up yourself. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET Log expenses on a plane, on the metro, in a dead zone. The whole app works offline, including currency conversion, which uses exchange rates cached on your device. Nothing waits on a network request. NO PERMISSIONS YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT We do not ask to read your text messages. We do not ask for your banking credentials. We do not ask you to sign up. Open the app and start tracking. BUDGETS THAT MATCH REAL LIFE Set budgets monthly, weekly, daily, or for any custom date range. A custom range is useful for a trip, a wedding, or a single month where you are trying to cut back. Set spending limits per category inside a budget, and look back at every past budget cycle to see whether you actually improved. EXPENSE TRACKING THAT IS FAST Add a transaction in a few taps. Organize with categories and subcategories, attach a photo of the receipt, add notes, and set up recurring entries for rent, subscriptions, and bills so you never log them twice. Upcoming and overdue transactions are tracked separately so nothing surprises you. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AND CURRENCIES Keep cash, bank, and e-wallet accounts side by side, each in its own currency. Balances convert automatically. Useful if you travel, earn in one currency and spend in another, or simply keep money in more than one place. SAVINGS GOALS AND DEBTS Create goals for something you are saving towards and put transactions against them. Track money you have lent out and money you owe, so informal debts do not quietly disappear. SEE WHERE THE MONEY GOES Spending by category, income versus expense over time, net worth as it changes, a spending heat map, and pie and line breakdowns. Reports update as you type, not on a sync schedule. YOURS TO KEEP Export to CSV or back up the full database whenever you want. Optional Google Drive backup uses your own Drive account.
