WHAT IT DOES • See today's orders broken down by status — created, confirmed, packaged, delivered, cancelled — at a glance. • Get push notifications the instant a new order is created on any channel — YouCan, Shopify, WooCommerce, Converty, Instagram, Messenger, manual entry, and more. • Monitor your call center in real time: callers waiting in the queue, active calls, and which agents are available or on a call. • Switch between merchants in one tap if you operate more than one storefront. • Mute the channels and events that don't matter to you, keep the ones that do. LANGUAGES Available in French, English, and Arabic — pick your language in the app or let it follow your device's setting. WHO IT'S FOR MOFAVO is the companion app for merchants and merchant employees who use the MOFAVO platform. You'll need an existing MOFAVO account to sign in. Live call-center features appear automatically for merchants whose plan includes MOFAVO calling. PRIVACY We only collect what we need to deliver the app: your account email (via secure sign-in) and your device push token (so notifications can find you). No tracking across other apps.
