No accounts to set up, no streaks to protect, no pressure to perform. Most of the time you will just look. Tap Random Encounter and a single card appears: a master principle, a classic quote, a bit of real knowledge, a sharp question, or a quick action. Keep tapping to draw more, save what speaks to you, or step into a related state. When you are ready for more, pick one of ten states - Focus, Execute, Create, Strategy, Communicate, Review, Calm, Relax, Joy, or Wellbeing - and keep browsing vertical content at your own pace. Nothing is timed until you choose it. Only when you decide to bring a state into real life does MODESET start a session: choose a goal and 5, 15, or 25 minutes, and the watch guides you with gentle haptics. When time is up, you answer one honest question - did the state actually happen? - with no pass or fail.
