The long-awaited Mobile OTRS app is here, the iOS version of the PC-based OTRS10 Kaizen software. OTRS is a tool used for Kaizen (improvement) in manufacturing and a variety of industries. OTRS allows you to perform video-based motion analysis, and utilize the analysis results for identifying fluctuations in production time and performing comparisons between work styles. *OTRS is an acronym for Operation Time Research Software. ◆Features 1. Cycle Time Analysis: Analyze up to 20 cycles. 4. All Cycle Aggregation: Display fluctuations in all work elements and identify best and worst time. 5. Video Comparison: Display comparative playback comparing two videos. 6. Data Export: Export Analysis Data (CSV) and OTRS Data (.otrs) to other applications. 7. OTRS10 System Linkage: Import and export Analysis Data created by OTRS10. 8. Real-time Analysis: Work elements can be defined, measured and updated in real-time whilst recording video. 9. Creation of Standardized Work Combination Chart: Create a uniaxial Standardized Work Combination Chart isplaying time for manual work, machine operation, waiting, and walking. 10.
