Mobee Manager is the order management app for restaurateurs on the Mobee platform. Fast, reliable, and designed for the pace of service: receive orders in real time, print them automatically, and manage your business from a single screen. REAL-TIME ORDERS Receive home delivery, takeout, and dine-in orders with audible notifications and alarms if the connection drops. List recent and scheduled orders, grouped by time slot, with quick search. AUTOMATIC ORDER PRINTING Orders on a network thermal printer, with automatic recovery of unprinted orders. Support for fiscal printers and end-of-day receipts reports. COMPLETE ORDER MANAGEMENT Change status (confirmed, in preparation, for delivery, delivered), confirm the time, add internal or customer notes, and label regular customers. Integrated delivery with a partner courier: request a quote, call a delivery person, and share the tracking link. ALWAYS UPDATED MENU Mark a dish as sold out with a tap, change prices and descriptions, take a photo of the dish and enhance it with Mobee AI. Turn off and on time slots when the kitchen is under pressure, temporarily close the restaurant with a message for customers. YOUR RESTAURANT IN NUMBERS Dashboard with revenue, number of orders, and average receipt, with daily trends for up to 30 days. FOR THE WHOLE TEAM Differentiated access for the owner, restaurant manager, operators, and delivery drivers: everyone sees only what they need. Interface in Italian and English, light and dark themes.
