MMS are world leaders in button attachment and security, providing industrial sewing machine solutions to garment manufacturers worldwide since 1994. The MMS Bluetooth Control app is an exciting innovation in industrial button attachment technology! The app provides a sleek modern user interface and control mechanism for our button wrapping machines. It allows the operator to alter the number of wraps applied to each button shank and the option to select between three pre set programs. Other features include the ability to check machine variables such as the bonding time, the cycle time and the number of buttons wrapped in this batch and over the machine's lifetime. A user friendly diagnostics system is also available, enabling testing of individual machine elements such as the heater, hooks, motor and switches. Via the app machine variables can be locked to prevent any tampering with settings. Machine software updates will also available via the app soon.
