Find the right verse Ask in plain language — "something about a parent I keep losing patience with" — and Mitr searches its own checked collection. Every verse carries an exact citation: book, chapter, and verse number. Mitr does not invent verses. Steady yourself Short practices for hard moments: breathing, conscious rest, and a simple body practice. Each takes a few minutes. They come from the tradition, and from modern research on breathing and rest. Sit with others On the Intention Wall, people share what they are carrying — a worry, a grief, a hope.
