MIO is a family app for children aged 4–14. It helps families build a healthy routine at home: parents set the rules, children complete tasks, earn coins, and see their progress. Tasks, rewards, a virtual pet, and parental oversight — all in one app. WHO IT’S FOR MIO is designed for families with children aged 4–14. It gives parents practical tools while providing children with a clear, engaging space of their own. Up to two parents can manage the same family account, with the second parent joining via an invitation code. AN INTERFACE THAT GROWS WITH YOUR CHILD The app adapts as your child grows: — Ages 4–6: a playful interface, large controls, and the MIO mascot on the home screen; — Ages 7–9: coins, a reward store, and savings goals; — Ages 10–14: a calmer design, detailed statistics, and dedicated Money and Growth sections. One app for every stage — from preschooler to teenager. TASKS AND HABITS Parents can create a task library covering chores, schoolwork, hygiene, sports, reading, independence, and other categories. Use ready-made templates or create custom tasks manually or by voice. Each task can include a coin reward and a completion method: checkmark, written report, photo, or parent-only confirmation. Tasks can be assigned for a specific day, a week, or a recurring schedule. Children see everything they need to do in the Today list. Once a task is complete, they submit it for review. A parent can approve it or return it with a comment. After approval, coins are awarded and streaks and achievements are updated. COINS, REWARDS, AND SAVINGS GOALS Each child has their own wallet. Coins can be displayed as an in-app family currency or as rubles, dollars, or euros, helping children learn planning and develop healthy financial habits. Parents create rewards in the reward store — a walk, a favorite show, a trip to the park, or anything else they choose. Children request a reward, and a parent approves or declines it. With savings goals, children can choose something they want and watch their progress as they save toward it. THE MIO MASCOT MIO is a virtual pet that lives inside the app. MIO has hunger, cleanliness, and mood levels. Children can feed, bathe, and interact with their pet, while completed tasks make MIO happier. As their friendship with MIO grows, children unlock Little Discoveries — short stories, facts, and quizzes about animals, nature, space, emotions, and other topics. All content is tailored to the child’s age. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PROGRESS MIO includes 150 badges for completed tasks, daily streaks, coins, savings goals, rewards, and categories such as hygiene and sports. Each unlocked achievement comes with an animated celebration. Children can view their own statistics, while parents receive a family overview and can track progress over several weeks.
