Start a focus session, earn coins for every minute, then spend those coins to open the apps you chose to block. Spend more than you earned and you fall into time debt, so you have to focus your way out. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps and websites you want blocked • Focus in count-up, Pomodoro countdown, or Endurance Challenge mode • Earn coins for every minute of focus • Spend coins on app time, or on the goals you set for yourself • Short on coins? Borrow a few and pay them back with future focus APP LOCK (ON IPHONE AND IPAD) Lock up to two individual apps free and buy unlock minutes with earned coins. Pro adds unlimited apps, website and category blocking, scheduled locks, and Auto Mode. App Lock uses Apple's Screen Time system.
