Store description excerpt

Mindlize is a place to write down your day. When you finish an entry, an AI reads it and sends back three things: something you did that you would not have counted, one question, and one line someone actually said or wrote. It does not tell you what to do. IT FINDS SOMETHING YOU DID RIGHT. EVERY DAY. Not a compliment. Not encouragement. An actual thing you did, quoted out of your own entry, with the line it came from. Most days you would not have counted it - the patience you spent, the thing you kept doing anyway, the message you finally sent. Mindlize counts it. On the days you write yourself off in a single sentence, it counts it louder. A DIFFERENT QUESTION EVERY DAY. ENFORCED, NOT PROMISED. Mindlize tracks the kinds of question it has already put to you, and is stopped from repeating one. Five kinds rotate: what you would say to a friend who wrote this, what the day connected to that you care about, how a thought reads when you hold it at arm's length, the smallest thing you could do tomorrow, and what you most need to hear. The reason journals start to feel the same after a month is that nothing stops them repeating. Here, something does. EVERY QUOTE IS REAL. WE CAN NAME THE SOURCE. One line comes back with each entry, something a real person really said or wrote, and it says whose. The AI does not write them and never has. If you would rather skip lines from religious texts, one switch turns them off. WE SPENT LONGER ON HOW IT TALKS THAN ON WHAT IT SAYS No exclamation marks. It never tells you something is okay, because you did not ask for permission. It never closes on a lesson. Every response has to land back on a word you actually wrote - general comfort is not allowed. That is written into the instructions the app runs on, line by line, and it gets rewritten whenever a response drifts. WHAT IT IS BUILT ON Self-compassion - the finding that people recover better from a bad day by treating themselves the way they would treat a friend, rather than by talking themselves up (Kristin Neff). Then distanced self-talk (Ethan Kross), character strengths, and reflection anchored in what you value. None of that appears on screen. You will never see a label or a term. It only shows up in what the app hands back to you. YOUR WEEK, YOUR MONTH, YOUR YEAR Write a few times and Mindlize will show you what kept coming up, what shifted, and what you were carrying that you had not named. The numbers are counted rather than guessed. YOUR WRITING IS YOURS - Entries are encrypted before they are stored - They are never used to train AI models - No ads. Nothing sold or shared for advertising - Export everything to one file, any time - Delete an entry and it is destroyed - not hidden - Lock the app with Face ID or a fingerprint WHAT WE WILL NOT SAY You will not find a number on this page telling you how much better you will feel, or how many days it takes. We do not know that. Neither does anyone selling it to you. What we will tell you is
