The facts are calculated inside the app; AI only shapes the sentences. Your own words are quoted only if you give separate consent. • Story Notes Bring together what you might want to talk about in a session, drawn from your last 30 days. The feelings that stirred you most, the moments that stayed, the words you wrote at the time — export as PDF and take it with you. • Care, close at hand Sound therapy, guided breathing, and a line of affirmation matched to today's weather.
