It has special rules but it is not hard to understand. Deck: - For 1 decks: It has 52 cards in deck. all card except Joker are used to play game - For 2 decks: It has 52 cards in deck. Card having rank greater than 9 are used to play game and only single set of 8 rank card is used to form 2 deck mode. It has a total no of 2 cards with the same suite and same rank. There are total 4 Mindies in 1 deck game and 8 Mindies in 2 decks game What is Hide mode? The player to the dealer’s right selects a card placing it on a table face down which will be declared as a trump suit for that play. What is Katte mode? Play begins without choosing a trump suit when the player is not able to follow the suit then whichever he/she chooses becomes the trump of the deal. Rules: - At the end of the game, a player who has a higher no of Mindi(Dehla ), will be declared the winner. - When ties occur at that time, the hand will be considered to declare a win. - A player sits next to the dealer and will start the game by throwing any card. - All player must throw same suit card until he doesn't have a card related to that suit - When players do not have a card related to the same suit, A card is considered as trump. - The declaration of trump depends on the mode of the game. If you are playing "Hide mode" then you need to face up a card that was face down at the time of dealing and whatever a suit will be in a card is considered as trump. - If you are playing "Katte mode", then all players have same power to declare trump. A player who runs out the card of any suit, which hand is playing now, can declare trump. - Thus, once a trump suit is designated for the hand, the highest card of the trump suit played to the hand, wins the hand. - If no trump card has been played to the hand, the highest card of the suit led wins the hand. - The winner of each hand leads the first card to the next hand. - Each captured hand should be kept in a face-down pile of cards, gathered by the winner of the hand.
