Your history is right in front of you — no flipping through screens to find last time's weight. — AI Coach That Reads Your Training Data The AI coach gives advice based on your real training logs, body metrics, and workout templates — not as a generic chatbot. Ask about exercise technique, key form cues, or injury prevention. After each session, it automatically reviews your progress and weak points. AI can also generate training templates and weekly plans based on your goals and history, but nothing takes effect until you confirm — the AI suggests, you decide. — Body Metrics and Health Data Integration Import height, weight, and body fat from the Health app to personalize recommendations.
