The aim of the MillióLépés health programme, run by the Hungarian Transplant Federation, is to get healthier and fitter through regular exercise and to get an understanding of how much we actually move. The MillióLépés app stores the steps measured by your phone or other smart device, but you can also manually record various other forms of physical activity, which are converted into steps by the application. By adding up the number of steps from different activities, we can get an overview of how much we actually move a day and how much we have been contributing to our health. In the application, steps can be collected individually or in teams of up to 5 people, but it is also possible to join specific challenges from time to time, in which various organisations (companies, educational institutions, walking clubs, etc.) can compete against each other.
