Milk Meadow is a gentle little space for your pumping journey. It's made especially for the quiet hours, when you're half asleep, one-handed, and doing this in the dark. Open it and there's one big button. Tap it and the timer starts. That's really the whole thing. No account. No setup. Nothing between you and the button at 3am. TRACK A SESSION • A start button sized for a sleepy thumb • Switch apps or put the phone down, and the timer still knows exactly how long you've been going • Stop once, and a single sheet asks only what matters: left and right, or one combined number for wearable pumps • Quarter-ounce steppers for when you're guessing, direct entry for when you know • Forgot to hit start? Log a past session in a few taps • An extra-dim "3am mode" that won't wake anyone YOUR MILK STASH • Every stored batch with its own use-by countdown • Green, amber, and red chips based on published CDC storage guidance: 4 hours on the counter, 4 days in the fridge, 6 to 12 months frozen, 24 hours thawed • "Use next" ordering so the oldest milk gets used first • Feed a whole bottle or part of one, with the remainder tracked • How many days of milk you've banked, measured against what your baby actually drinks • Thawed milk can never be marked for refreezing, so the app simply won't offer it SEE THE PATTERNS • Daily output with a rolling average • Which hours of the day are genuinely your best ones • Left versus right over time • Average duration, average yield, and your own personal records • A goal date with a projected stash REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOU • Pump reminders by interval, or at times you choose • Quiet hours, so nothing ever wakes you at 2am • A nudge before milk in the fridge or freezer passes its date • All of it optional, and all of it off until you decide otherwise YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • No account.
