Store description excerpt
When a migraine starts, you shouldn't have to fight an app. Baro is a migraine tracker and migraine diary that opens on one button. Hold it and you're logging — pain level, where it hurts, what you took. Ten seconds. No account, no sign-up, no tour to sit through first. Then it does the part you'd never do by hand: pulls the barometric pressure for the hours around your attack, lines your attacks up against your cycle, and turns all of it into a page your neurologist can actually read. YOUR DOCTOR'S PLAN, ON A TIMER Your doctor told you what to do when one starts. Baro runs it for you. Water and food, wait 30, first medication, wait 30, rescue — each step arrives as a real notification, even with the app closed and the phone in another room. One tap for done or skip, and what you took is logged with the time it happened. Nothing to reconstruct afterwards in the dark. It's your plan, not ours. Edit every step, every wait, every name. FINALLY SEE IF IT'S YOUR CYCLE Log your period and your attacks show up on the same calendar. Baro counts the ones landing in the window doctors ask about — two days before through three days after — and puts that line in your report. "4 of your last 5 attacks fell on days -2 to +3" is the sentence that changes a ten-minute appointment. Menstrual and hormonal migraine is most of women's migraine, and almost no tracker shows it to you without charging monthly for the privilege. This one is free. THE PRESSURE STORY, ATTACHED AUTOMATICALLY Every attack gets a pressure trace running from 24 hours before it to 12 hours after, with the drop measured in both inHg and hPa. Plus the line you can't get anywhere else: how often a fall that size came before one of your own attacks. Not a forecast. Your own record, counted. WHAT YOU CAN LOG Everything a headache diary should hold: pain 1-10, where in the head across eight zones, aura, triggers, medications and doses, sleep and meals, your period. Missed one? Add it retroactively in two taps. THE REPORT THEY ASKED FOR One page, one tap, as a PDF. Attack days, average pain, medication days with a flag if you cross ten in a month, how long your rescue medication took to work, how many attacks were one-sided, how many fell on your cycle. Hand it over at the appointment or email it ahead. QUIET ON PURPOSE No streaks. No mascot. No badge for logging seven days running. Nothing in Baro congratulates you for having migraines. The only notifications it ever sends are the steps of the plan you built yourself. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Everything lives on your device. No account, ever. Nothing to sign up for and nothing to ask us to delete later. FREE, AND THE FREE PART IS THE REAL APP Logging, your full history, the pressure receipt on every attack, the cycle calendar and the doctor's report are free, and they stay free. We won't move them behind a paywall later. Baro Pro adds cross-attack pattern analysis — which pressure windows, which cycle days, which triggers a
