MigraineTrack is a mobile application designed to help patients with recurrent headaches record symptoms, anticipate episodes, and share structured reports with their healthcare team. The app combines two clinical tools: Migraine assessment per episode based on ICHD-3 diagnostic criteria B–D, which produces a score of 0–100 and a migraine probability. Prediction of tension-type headache using a cumulative load (CL) model with a personalized threshold that adjusts with the patient's own data. In addition, the app includes a voice-activated crisis mode for episodes with photophobia, a visual episode diary, an educational library, and an exportable PDF medical report for 30, 60, or 90-day periods.
