For clients with running loans, the top up window or opportunity is triggered when the client has paid at least 2 loan instalments, and one or more of the following conditions are satisfied: *Client’s running loan had not exhausted their credit limit. *Revision of business operating conditions by Microplan. *Increase in client’s salary. *There is a change is government\employer policy e.g. tax brackets, allowance structure.
