Quick actions open services or quote screens. Urgent request lists and recent activity draw from the same database. Properties Browse property records, open details (units, occupancy status, and related notes), and keep track of which assets need attention versus those marked stable in your local set. Maintenance requests Review request lists with priority and status filters, open request detail pages, and update follow-through as work progresses. Items shown after first install may include starter examples. Reserve forecaster Enter property age, income, contribution amounts, inflation, and known repair events. The tool projects recommended annual reserve, multi-year need, available reserve, and gap figures from those assumptions. On-screen guidance notes that actual maintenance costs may differ. Save forecasts to local history when needed. Services and quotes Browse property-related service offerings and create or edit service quotes with status tracking. Quote records remain on the device. Company View business timeline, team, mission, locations, and contact options. Phone, email, and maps open through the device’s installed apps when available. Contact form text is saved locally. Clarifications This app does not provide tenant portals, live vendor marketplaces, insurance claims filing, or cloud sync across devices.
