And this is how it works: Customer orders via app, specifying when and in which branch the order will be picked up. Pre-order is automatically printed in store and confirmed as soon as accepted. Customer picks up the pre-order at the desired time and pays as usual at the checkout. Advantages for our customers: Pre-order flexibly via smartphone app, stating what I want to pick up when and where! No long waits in the branch - waiting is a thing of the past! App confirmation once order is received and accepted. Payment still in the branch on site.
