Metrava Pro (subscription or lifetime) unlocks IFC import, PDF export, AI work description and all your projects. Metrava turns a building project into a priced CFC quote you can send, straight from your iPhone or iPad, with no server and no account. TAKEOFF, BY HAND OR FROM AN IFC MODEL Enter your takeoff manually (areas, volumes, lengths, any unit) or import an IFC model exported from ArchiCAD or Revit: Metrava reads the geometry on-device and derives takeoff lines that you control. If a file can't be read in full, the manual takeoff path is always available. SUPPLY & INSTALL PRICES, ON YOUR TERMS A starter CFC price library, splitting supply (fourniture) and install (pose), is your starting point. These are indicative values to edit: you enter YOUR prices, your margins, your line items. Metrava uses no "market" price feed and no "official" rates; the library is an editable reference you control. THE PRICED QUOTE, RECALCULATED LIVE The cost engine sums quantity × price (supply + install) across the whole project, grouped by CFC chapter: subtotal, margin, VAT, total. It is all deterministic arithmetic; a line with no price is flagged "price to enter," never auto-filled. The total is an indicative estimate, not a guaranteed quote or an official price. THE TENDER, READY TO SEND Starting from a deterministic CFC work-description template, Metrava drafts the description of works per item. On supported devices, an Apple Intelligence prose layer (Apple Foundation Models, on-device) rephrases the text; it is an editable DRAFT you review before sending. The AI never creates quantities, designations, or figures; amounts always come from the cost engine. If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, the deterministic template is used unchanged. PDF EXPORT Export a quote / tender / takeoff as a clean A4 page, ready to send to your client as an offer. FULLY ON-DEVICE - No account, no sign-in, no email collected. - Your models and client data never leave the device. - No server, no paid price feed. FREE, THEN PRO The free tier lets you run a full project: manual takeoff (any unit), read-only price library, the priced-quote view, settings, and restore purchases. Pro unlocks IFC import, PDF export, AI tender prose, as many projects as you need, and editing / custom line items in the library (supply/install detail + margin). Metrava Pro: monthly, yearly (yearly works out to about 2 months free), or lifetime.
