Welcome to Merkur Insurance! The Merkur app is your digital companion for everything to do with your Merkur insurance: whether you submit a doctor's bill or view a contract - the app can do this around the clock. The app design has been completely redesigned. The Merkur website, Merkur customer portal and the Merkur app now appear in a uniform format. New functional extensions offer you even more services! The functions at a glance: • You can view your insurance conditions and insurance policies and download them as PDF. • You can submit receipts for outpatient service accounting from health insurance (medical bills, medication bills, bills for medical aids, bills for glasses, etc.). • You have access to your personal profile and mailbox. • You can request your personal ego4you or time4me pension program. Thats how it works: 1.) Download the app to your smartphone. 2.) Use your existing access data for the login, which you already use for the Merkur app or Merkur portal. 3.) After successfully logging in, you can use all offered online services. If you do not yet have access data, you can easily request them via the app or the customer portal (at https://portal.merkur.at/portal/registration.html).
