Digitally supported statements and applications for determining the need for assistance of individuals with mental disorders according to the Schleswig-Holstein Mental Health Act (PsychHG SH). [SA2.1] MentiLotse is a mobile application for the structured creation of statements and applications, as well as the transmission of information, in collaboration between public health departments, hospitals, and courts in the context of determining the need for assistance of individuals with mental disorders. The app [SA3.1] supports the digitalization of services under the Schleswig-Holstein Mental Health Act (PsychHG SH) while adhering to the highest data protection and security standards. The target group for this application typically includes physicians, case workers at public health departments, and staff at participating hospitals and courts. The MentiLotse app facilitates the transmission of legally required data to the relevant authorities, courts, and hospitals. OVERVIEW OF FUNCTIONS STRUCTURED DATA COLLECTION Collection of all legally required information about the data subject according to the Schleswig-Holstein Mental Health Act (PsychHG SH) • Name and contact details (e.g., address, place of residence, date of birth, place of birth, telephone number, gender) • Health insurance company & policy number • Health data (e.g., diagnoses and case description) If applicable, data of trusted persons & family doctor • Name and contact details (address, telephone number) • Relationship to the patient and the staff involved • Name • User ID & username • Email address • Lifetime physician number SECURE AUTHENTICATION • Login via personal access data • Authentication via the central identity management system (Keycloak) of the GA-Lotse application ENCRYPTED DATA TRANSFER • Encryption of stored and transmitted data • State-of-the-art technology in accordance with current security requirements AUTOMATIC DATA DELETION • No permanent storage on the device • Complete deletion after successful transmission of the collected data OFFLINE COLLECTION • Data collection possible even without an active internet connection • Secure transmission after re-establishment of the connection OPEN SOURCE • Transparent and verifiable software architecture • Source code publicly accessible TARGET AUDIENCE This application is intended exclusively for employees of a public health department (enforcement officers, appointed medical experts) with valid registration. Use by the general public is not permitted.
