INVENTORY MANAGEMENT • Browse full inventory by collection, design, or store • Search by UID, price range, or product type • View item details: gross weight, gold weight, full diamond and gemstone breakdowns, and certificates • Scan NFC tags for instant item lookup, or search manually if a tag is damaged or missing TRANSFERS • Move inventory between store locations by scanning NFC tags or entering UIDs manually • Full transfer history with detailed reports • Automatic login provisioning for new transfer destinations BILLING • Generate quick bills for walk-in sales • Multi-currency pricing (USD, AED, INR, GBP, SGD, and more) TEAM COMMUNICATION • Message between store staff and admin — share photos, PDFs, and documents • Read receipts and timestamps • Audio calling between admin and store staff SECURE ACCESS • Staff accounts are provisioned by admin only — there is no public sign-up • Role-based access: admin sees all stores, staff see their own store's data Built specifically for MEIR's jewelry retail operations across multiple store locations.
