You can only view consumption online from hot water meters, heat meters or heat cost allocators that send meter readings to the heat metering service by remote reading. This automatically transfers them to this portal. You always see the consumption of the last month in the course of the current month (e.g. the consumption of June 2022 is displayed by the end of July at the latest) If you have just moved into your new apartment, you will not see the consumption of the previous tenant, but only your consumption for the first full month. As soon as new consumption information is available, you will automatically receive an e-mail if you have entered your e-mail address. You can compare your consumption with a so-called "standard user", which reflects the average consumption of a comparable apartment. All consumption must be specified in kilowatt hours (kWh) by law. In order to offer you a comprehensive overview, we also provide you with your cold water consumption as far as possible. As before, the operating and ancillary costs are only billed once a year.
