MegaHR is the employee HR and payroll application for authorized Mega International employees. The app provides employees with convenient access to important workplace information and HR services from one place. Key features include: - View attendance records and daily attendance status - Access monthly payroll and salary information - View loan details, installments, balances and repayment progress - Submit and track leave requests - Submit attendance regularization requests with optional supporting documents - View employee notices and notifications - Access certificates and employee documents - View attendance points and leaderboard information - Check roster and work schedule information - Receive important employee and HR notifications - Optional biometric sign-in for convenient account access MegaHR is intended for internal employee use. User accounts are created and managed by Mega International through its HR administration system. Employees cannot create public accounts through the app. Some features and information available in the app depend on the employee's account, company settings and assigned access. MegaHR helps employees stay connected with their attendance, payroll, leave, loan, documents and other HR information through a single mobile application.
