MediMAR is a personal medication reminder, dose tracker and health tracking app designed to help you organise medicines, record daily administration and keep useful health information together. MEDICATION REMINDERS Create medication schedules around your usual drug rounds and receive reminders when doses are due. MediMAR supports regular schedules, selected weekdays and longer dosing intervals. Optional escalation alerts provide an additional reminder when a scheduled round remains unresolved. Notification settings remain under your control through MediMAR and iPhone system settings. DOSE TRACKING Record scheduled doses as taken, missed, refused or not required. MediMAR records scheduled and actual administration times, helping you maintain a clear personal medication history. Record medicines taken when required as PRN administrations, including the reason and an optional follow-up outcome. Missed doses remain recorded as missed. MediMAR does not automatically move a missed dose or change the future medication schedule. MEDICATION SAFETY SUPPORT Structured checks support careful record keeping, including dose timing, minimum intervals and configured daily limits. Paracetamol-containing medicines can be considered together when the necessary product information has been entered. Always follow the medicine label, patient information leaflet and advice from a qualified healthcare professional. STOCK AND REORDERS Track medication supplies and receive low-stock reminders based on your settings. Record replacement supplies, expiry dates and opened-container shelf life where relevant. Prepare a personal medication reorder form using information stored in the app. HEALTH AND SYMPTOM TRACKING Record health readings, symptoms and personal observations alongside your medication information, including: • Blood pressure and pulse • Weight • Blood glucose • Oxygen saturation • Peak flow • Temperature • Mood and wellbeing • Pain • Symptoms and side effects • Diary notes • Medication adherence Enable the tracking sets relevant to you and schedule recurring check-ins for your chosen days and times. CHARTS AND REPORTS Review health readings using labelled charts, timelines and filtered lists. Smart summaries present information recorded during the selected period without diagnosing or interpreting a medical condition. Create personal PDF reports for individual tracking areas, combined health tracking, diary notes, mood and medication adherence. MediMAR can also generate a personal Medication Administration Record, commonly known as a MAR chart, showing scheduled doses and recorded outcomes. CONVERSATIONAL VOICE ASSISTANT Talk to MediMAR to record supported health readings using natural phrases.
