Requires a hospital staff account and hospital code. Not for patients—use the Medikue patient app to book visits. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Sign in with hospital code and mobile OTP • View hospital overview and today’s OP sessions • Manage the live patient queue in real time • Scan QR tokens for patient check-in • Register walk-in patients (anonymous or with details) • Create and manage OP sessions • Add and edit doctors and hospital setup • Invite and manage hospital staff (admin) • View consultation ledger and export reports (authorized roles) • Update hospital profile and announcements • Raise and track support tickets with MediQ WHO IS THIS FOR? Front desk, OP desk, and hospital admin staff at hospitals using the Medikue platform. Access is role-based—each staff member sees only what their hospital permits. GETTING STARTED 1.
