MediaSofts Mobility 5.3 Mobile application associated with your JardiContacts, MétalContacts and BatiCom software. Keep your management application and access the benefits of mobility! This guarantees you a permanent and fluid use wherever you are. Goal : MédiaSofts Mobilité is a mobile application providing access to the address book of JardiContacts, MétalContacts and BatiCom in real time and recording the hours of employees on construction sites via a mobile tool (tablet & smartphone). The information recorded via the mobile is available in real time in the management software. No synchronization to do. Principle of operation: - The sites are created in the JardiContacts MétalContacts or BatiCom software. - Company employees are also created in this software. A simple indication of the use in Mobile monitoring allows you to find the list of worksites on the MediaSofts Mobility application. Each user logs in with their username and password. He can consult the address book and complete it on his application. It selects the site on which it is located: a simple activation triggers a start time for the work. Its deactivation will record the end of work time. It is also possible to declare the working time manually, without timing. A summary of the start and end times of work is available for making manual corrections. An intervention report can be entered to communicate important information about the site: comments on the intervention, additional work carried out, estimate to be made, signatures of the worker and the customer. Possibility to add photos. This intervention report can be sent directly to the customer or / and the company for validation Following the sending of this intervention report, information is transmitted to the JardiContacts, MétalContacts and BatiCom software: • Hours worked charged to the site monitoring of each site • Invoicing to be carried out following additional work • Quote to be made • Intervention report to be checked before sending to the customer Features: • Searchable and modifiable address book • Selection of sites according to filters • Selection of teams and employees. Time records by timing or manual entry of start and end times. • Summary of hours per site and per worker with the possibility of modifications • Entering intervention reports An internet connection is required for all use of the application. The MediaSofts Mobility application requires the installation on a PC of the JardiContacts, MétalContacts or BatiCom software.
