Store description excerpt

Mech CNC Mill is the Android XR companion for the MechaTraining CNC learning environment. It requires an active MechaTraining web simulator session and does not operate as a standalone CNC simulator. PAIR SECURELY Scan the QR code generated by the web simulator to connect your Android phone or tablet to the active CNC session. PLACE THE CNC IN YOUR SPACE Use the device camera to detect a surface and position the synchronized CNC mill, table, stock, tool and work-zero references in augmented reality. Move around the virtual machine and use the spatial view to support work-offset calibration practice. MONITOR THE SESSION View synchronized G-code lines, machine state, feed, spindle, cycle time, alarms and spindle, X, Y and Z load indicators. PRACTICE INDIVIDUALLY When authorized by the web session, use supported controls such as Jog, G54–G59 work offsets, Cycle Start, Feed Hold and Single Block under the simulator’s safety interlocks. SHARE WITH A CLASS Classroom Casting lets an instructor share one authoritative CNC session with multiple read-only Android viewers. Learners can follow the synchronized CNC state in a classroom or from home. LEARN THROUGH MISSIONS The connected MechaTraining learning environment combines applied theory, engineering challenges, quizzes and simulator laboratories in a mission-based training path. Mech CNC Mill is an educational simulation companion. It does not control physical CNC equipment. Camera video is not stored or uploaded.
