Measure gives you real centimetres for real things — and tells you how far off it might be. Point your iPhone at something, tap the two ends, read the length. No tape, no guessing, nothing uploaded. WHY EVERY RESULT HAS A ± No measurement is exact. How far off it might be depends on how far away you were, the angle you took it from, and which method your iPhone could use. Measure shows that range beside every number, because a range you can trust beats a confident number that's a centimetre out. IT REFUSES RATHER THAN GUESSES A close-up of a bolt and a photo of a bridge can look identical — nothing in a picture says which is which. So when the scale simply isn't there, Measure tells you, and explains what to do instead. A refusal means the number would have been a guess. THREE WAYS TO MEASURE • Live measure — point the camera and tap two points. About ±4 mm at a metre. Works on anything: furniture, boxes, doorways, walls. Free and unlimited, always. • Measure a photo — from the photo's own measured depth, or from a bank card in the shot. Any bank card, driving licence or hotel key card works; they are all the same size by international standard. • Scan a room — walls, doors and floor area. Approximate layout, a few centimetres: right for planning furniture, not for cutting material. GUIDANCE WHILE YOU AIM Aim at the very edge, not just inside it. Stand to the side rather than end-on. Get closer where you can.
