Meal Maker plans your week's meals, works out what the shopping will actually cost, and walks you through the cooking. It is free — no account, no subscription, no adverts, and nothing to buy inside it. SWIPE A WEEK TOGETHER Flick through meal cards and keep the ones you fancy. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and pudding each get their own tab, so you can fill the gaps you actually have. Your week lays out Monday to Sunday, and you can move any meal to another day. HONEST PRICES, BEFORE YOU SHOP Most planners quote you the cost of the exact grams a recipe uses. Real shopping doesn't work like that: you buy the whole pack. Meal Maker prices whole packs, counts an ingredient once when two meals share it, and drops anything you tick as "already in the cupboard". Pick your supermarket and every estimate moves with it, so the number you see is the number you're planning around. A SHOPPING LIST THAT MAKES SENSE Everything from your week, merged into one list and sorted by aisle, so you walk the shop once. Tick things off as you go. COOK MODE Big, readable steps, one at a time. Timers are set to the times the recipe calls for and run right there on the screen — no more scrolling back to check whether it was twenty minutes or forty. 270 RECIPES, INCLUDING PUDDINGS Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free, all filtered properly rather than bolted on. There's a lower carb and sugar filter too, with puddings built for it — baked custards, chocolate avocado mousse, an almond crumble — rather than just "have some fruit". KNOW WHAT YOU SPENT Log what you actually paid at the till and Meal Maker tracks it against the estimate, and against what the same shop would have cost you somewhere pricier. INVENTED FOR YOU On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, Meal Maker can invent a brand-new recipe that fits your diet, your appliances and the things you can't stand. It runs on your phone, so it costs nothing and needs no connection. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No sign-up and no server. Your plans, your budget and your shopping stay on your phone. No analytics, no trackers, and no payment details, because there is nothing to pay for. Prices are estimates based on typical pack prices adjusted for your chosen shop, not live prices, and will differ from your till receipt. Nutrition figures are approximate. Meal Maker gives cooking suggestions, not dietary, medical or food safety advice — always check food is cooked through, and read ingredient labels yourself if you have an allergy.
