Meadowly converts your steps into unlock minutes, then lets you trade those minutes when you want time in your selected apps. How Meadowly works: Walk with your phone, or use Health Connect for compatible step sources Earn unlock minutes from your step count Trade minutes into a shared pool across your locked apps Or use per-app mode to assign minutes to one app at a time See your weekly steps, used minutes, streak and growing flower Plant bloomed flowers in your meadow and start growing again Meadowly is designed as a self-control and wellness tool, not a parental control or surveillance app. You choose which apps are limited, can change your step source, and can remove limits at any time. Health and permission notes: Meadowly uses step data only to calculate earned minutes. App locking uses Android Accessibility so Meadowly can notice when a selected locked app opens and bring you back when minutes run out. Meadowly does not require an app.
