Monitoring Application for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) The Monitoring Application for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) is an m-Health tool designed to facilitate an integrated healthcare approach to the management of ME/CFS. The application enables healthcare professionals to communicate with patients, distribute validated e-PROM questionnaires, assess cognitive function through standardized cognitive tests, evaluate "brain fog" using visuomotor tasks, collect patient-reported outcomes using visual analogue scales for pain and fatigue, and perform sentiment analysis based on patient responses. The application allows healthcare professionals to monitor patients' clinical status over time, follow disease progression, and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. Although the overall approach is experimental, it is built upon validated assessment methods, standardized tests, and established clinical measurement tools.
