Features Organize using a dossier grouping board - Build a working dossier with grouped tiles and clear group headers. - Move items between groups so your structure stays editable. Inbox-first collection of raw material - Capture and stage photos, notes, measurements, and imported documents before you group. - Keep Unsorted Items visible so nothing gets lost before structure is ready. Group by area, work type, issue type, or custom structure - Switch grouping views to see your build file organised in the way that matches your work. - Create groups from selected inbox items and keep labels practical and readable. Fast capture from a single Add Item flow - Add a camera photo or gallery image, write a note, enter a measurement, and import files (PDFs/images). - Save directly into a group or keep it in Unsorted Items to organise later. Edit and reuse individual items - Open an item to preview its content, edit the title and notes, and change group assignment. - Duplicate or move items when the same reference appears in multiple areas. Export as a working pack (not a final report) - Choose which groups to include and export with thumbnails and notes. - Export formats include PDF summary, ZIP of files with an index, and a text or CSV item list. - Use the Android share sheet to send your working pack.
