Whether it comes to personal leadership, team management or influencing the culture of an entire organisation, drives are the key to success or failure. As the six drives are easy to understand and use, you immediately get a better grip on culture and performance. An understanding of drives is essential if you wish to develop yourself and want to have an impact on your team and organisation. Management Drives turns insights, which previously seemed “soft” or related to “feelings”, into something concrete. After measuring over hundreds of thousands people internationally, we have developed a model that works with six drives; each of which can differ in both sequence and strength. In addition, we also distinguish the positive and negative aspects of these drives. This means that a great number of personal profiles and leadership styles are possible, all based on only six drives.
