And our secure app is the perfect way to manage your account, whether you’re on the go or relaxing on the sofa. Speedy login stuff - Log in quickly and securely with your fingerprint or a 3-character combination from your memorable information. Account management stuff - View your balance summary - Check recent transactions and pending transaction details - Download official statements - Make a debit card payment - Request a credit limit increase - Request a balance or money transfer - Activate your card. Security stuff - Report your card lost or stolen - Order replacement cards - Reset your password - Update your contact details - Call us safely from the app – we’ll already know it’s you, so we can quickly connect you without the usual security checks. Getting started It’s quick and easy - just register your device and you’re good to go. For this you’ll need: - An MBNA credit card - An up-to-date phone number registered with us - Your username and password (you can create these in the app if you’re new to MBNA).
