Maximus Force is the official sales force application of Maximus ERP from Fontdata. For the external salesperson: issue orders and invoices, control receipts and your cash flow directly from your cell phone — even without internet. OFFLINE OPERATION - FIRST Orders, payments, and entries are saved on the device and automatically synchronized with Maximus ERP when there is a connection. Work anywhere, without missing a thing. MAIN FEATURES ✔ Sales Orders — catalog, prices, discounts, salesperson inventory, and automatic validations. ✔ Tax Documents — issuance of NFe, NFCe, and Sales Requests in real time via the Mobile Server, with printing and sharing. ✔ Receipts — settlement of invoices, cards, checks, merchandise vouchers, and receipts, integrated with the ERP's financial system. ✔ Salesperson's Cash Register — opening, entries, cash withdrawals, cash replenishment, and closing with accounting in a single submission. ✔ Customers — consultation, credit analysis, editing, and registration of pre-customer/leads in the field. ✔ Load and Trip — control of shipments and itinerary of the journey. ✔ Reports — orders, receipts, shipment summary, and flexible balance. ✔ Visit Log with Location — proof of presence at the customer and route of the journey. NATIVE INTEGRATION WITH MAXIMUS ERP All operations are synchronized with your company's Maximus ERP via Mobile Server, without double typing and rework.
