MatYard POS is the counter, floor, and route app for laundromat and dry cleaning businesses. Ring up wash-and-fold, dry cleaning, and per-item orders priced by a real pricing engine, dispatch pickup and delivery drivers on a live map, and keep every ticket, customer, and shift in one place. Built by operators, for operators. MatYard POS pairs with your MatYard "My Store" web command center — one login, one backend, one source of truth across the counter and the back office. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Ring the counter — Build a ticket from your catalog with live, server-calculated totals. Tiers, order minimums, and express upcharges are all handled for you. Take cash at the till. • Orders & tickets — See the full ticket list, open any order, and track each piece through your shop floor stages from drop-off to ready-for-pickup. • Pickup & delivery dispatch — Plan routes and watch drivers move on a live map with stops sequenced for the day. • Scan garment tags & barcodes — Use the camera to scan a ticket number, unit tag, or barcode and instantly pull up the order. Bluetooth scanners work too. A scan only looks up the order — the scanner saves no photo. • Time clock — Staff clock in and out and take breaks right from their device. Managers fix mistakes from the timesheet. • Clocked-in location (optional) — When the store turns it on AND a staff member opts in, managers can see clocked-in staff and driver routes on a live map. It runs only while that person is clocked in, stops the moment they clock out, can be turned off anytime, and is never sold or shared with third parties. • Customer communications — Send order-ready notifications by SMS, WhatsApp, or email, and handle replies from a shared inbox. • Cash-up — Reconcile the drawer at end of shift. • Role consoles — Tailored views for owners, managers, drivers, and counter staff. • Station kiosk mode — Run a shared counter device that any staffer can sign in to. • Customer display — Turn a second tablet toward the customer to show their order and total as you ring. WHO IT'S FOR Laundromat owners, wash-and-fold and dry cleaning operators, multi-store portfolios, and the counter attendants and delivery drivers who run them every day. At the counter, MatYard POS records the tender method — cash, card, or on-account — chosen for each order; it does not capture or process card numbers in the app. Card processing is handled outside the app, in your MatYard web back office.
