Ensure crack-free casting and control mechanical anchorage through three independent modules: Hardening & Hydration: Enter cement type, air temperature and wind speed to calculate the evaporation rate from the surface and predict the risk of shrinkage cracks during curing. Adhesion & Anchorage: Analyze the interaction between steel and concrete. Enter reinforcement diameter and bond length to calculate the real anchorage capacity in megapascals (MPa). Cross-section & Load: Calculate the static pressure on the cross-section of columns and beams to ensure that the concrete matrix is not subjected to critical overload before full strength is achieved. The visual interface is characterized by high contrast adapted to the harsh conditions of the facility, with color tones inspired by raw cement and structural steel.
