A MEDICAL ID THAT ANSWERS THE FIRST QUESTION Allergies, conditions, current medications, blood type and emergency contact sit at the top of your records — ready the moment a doctor, a nurse or a paramedic asks. EVERY DOCUMENT WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT Lab results, imaging, prescriptions, visit notes, insurance cards and advance directives sort into folders you name.
