Assists therapists by allowing them to maintain accurate, legible and current clinical records for each client, for every consultation. The therapist can: - Take initial client details at the first consultation. - Take on-going consultation notes for each session. - Attach files, pdfs and images to each session/consultation. - The app includes a basic informed consent form in PDF format. - The pdf is electronically filled out by the app. - The consent form pdf template can be replaced with a custom formatted PDF. - Only one page pdf is supported at this time.
