Mar Adentro is the app for residents of the Mar Adentro condominium. It brings together in one place what is currently scattered among WhatsApp groups, bulletin boards, and visits to the administration office. It's a private app: only co-owners and residents verified and approved by the administration can use it. It is not an open social network. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Announcements Get the latest administration notices as soon as they are published, with the complete history always available. • Documents Regulations, minutes, circulars, and your property's invoices, organized and always at hand. • Requests Send a complaint, inquiry, or suggestion to the administration and track the response from the app, without losing track. • Bulletin Board Notices among neighbors: what's for sale, what's for loan, what's wanted, or what's lost, visible only to verified residents of the condominium. • Points and Rewards Earn points by participating in condominium life and redeem them for prizes offered by management. Points cannot be purchased and have no cash value. • Referrals Know someone who wants to live here? Share their information and keep up with their activity. • Services The condominium's directory of services and useful contacts. • Multiple Properties If you own more than one unit, you can view them all from the same account.
