1) Open MapSense Coach, pick a local map scene, and place start and target markers in under a minute. 2) Add turn steps and checkpoints to shape your planned route on the image. 3) Run evaluation to get a deterministic route projection with clear directional error and distance checks. 4) Save the attempt as a Direction Card that captures your exact inputs and outcomes. 5) Compare the card with previous attempts and decide whether to keep the best route, retry with a different waypoint order, or reduce step count. Then keep using the same or new maps to rehearse orientation decisions repeatedly, so each run becomes faster, cleaner, and easier to execute in real conditions.
