PDF and receipt scanning follow a review-before-save approach. Review extracted information before saving it to your records. Saved PDF attachments can also be previewed directly inside MapleLedger. ACCOUNT LEVEL & BENEFITS Registered users can earn XP through eligible activity and progress through Account Levels. Benefits may include: • Increased monthly Account Scan allowance • Up to 12 Account Scans per month through Account Level progression • Reward Points at selected Levels • Reward Points that can be used for additional receipt scans • XP progress and recent XP activity in Settings Account Level benefits are separate from Premium and Premium Lite subscriptions. EXPENSE SUBMISSION WORKFLOW MapleLedger includes a dedicated Expense Submission Workflow for reimbursement and reporting. Use it to: • Record reimbursable expenses • Scan receipt images and supported PDFs • Attach supporting documents • Create and manage multiple expense reports • Organize reports before submission • Export records and supporting attachments • Use clickable receipt-file links in supported exported packages • Keep expense records separate from bookkeeping workflows EXPORTS & ATTACHMENTS Supported attachment-inclusive exports can include clickable links from spreadsheet records to their corresponding receipt or supporting files inside the exported package. PRIVACY FIRST Your saved financial records stay on your device by default. MapleLedger does not use its servers as a cloud financial-record storage system. Receipt and PDF scanning may use OCR processing to suggest values
