Mannamicus Academy is the learning platform to promote mental health, emotional health and thereby help people to stay healthy at mental and emotional levels. "Mann" means Mind & "Amicus" means friendship. So, it means Friendship with Our Mind i.e. when we befriend our mind and try to be in awareness of what goes on in it, we can take charge of our own life. We can work on removing unwanted thoughts and emotions, and bring in positive, optimistic ones. To achieve the same, we have range of courses around alternative therapies, meditation, spirituality in life, and so on. Our aim is the reach out to people and help them bring in transforming their lives. In this app, we have self-paced courses which students can take up, and in their own speed they can work on learning the concepts and apply them practically in their life. We intend to constantly keep upgrading the knowledge base via various courses on this platform. For some of the courses, students can come for in-person experiences too, wherein they can personally interact with the trainer and have their queries resolved. Digital notes are provided as and where applicable. We also provide Live support sessions and students get to access the recordings too, in case they miss the session or wish to revisit the concepts.
