MandiPlus helps people who supply, transport, or receive agricultural goods manage their own physical shipments in India. It brings shipment documentation, transit-insurance service records, authorised trip visibility, and private claim support into one account-based workflow. With a free mobile-number account, users can: • Prepare agricultural shipment details from a photo, voice entry, or manual input • Request and manage eligible inland-transit insurance for a specific physical shipment • Pay the corresponding shipment insurance premium through a secure payment gateway • Optionally make a one-time purchase of aggregate shipment-cover capacity for future eligible physical shipments • View shipment invoices, issued policies, and trip records • Track authorised vehicles during supported trips • Submit private claim evidence and follow claim progress • Ask the Sahayata assistant questions about their own account records after reviewing its Google AI data-use notice Optional shipment-cover capacity is measured by insured invoice value and is reduced by each issued policy's insured invoice value. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and does not unlock app functionality. The app does not sell digital content, subscriptions, virtual currency, or feature unlocks. Uploaded documents and account records are private; there is no public social feed or user-to-user messaging. MandiPlus is owned and operated by ENP FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED as a technology and service platform. MandiPlus is not the insurance underwriter. Insurance is subject to eligibility, policy terms, exclusions, insurer approval, and supported Indian regions. The insurer named in an issued policy controls coverage and claim decisions.
